Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

Yes! I can create custom colors, names, and labels for special occasions or gifts. Please message me before ordering so we can discuss your ideas. Custom candles usually take up to 2 weeks to create, plus cure time.

Will my candle look exactly like the picture?

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in color or container style may occur. This makes every candle truly unique.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn times vary by size, but most of our full-size candles burn for 40–60 hours with proper care.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, let the wax melt to the edges of the container on the first burn, and never leave your candle unattended. Best results - do not burn first time more than 2 hours.

Can I pick up my order in person?

If we know each other personally and you’d like to arrange local pickup instead of shipping, please message me before ordering so we can make arrangements.

Are your candles safe to burn around pets or children?

Always burn candles out of reach of pets and children. While our candles are made with clean-burning ingredients, open flames can be dangerous.
